SO Manager is a place where you manage OPEN Sales Orders
- You can go from SO to Pick Ticket in one screen.
- SO Manager displays 5 sections:
- Customer List
Displays customers who have open Sales Orders only. - Open Sales Order
Displays Open Sales Orders with no Allocation or Pick Ticket. - Open Allocation
Displays Open Allocations with no Pick Ticket. - Pick Ticket
Displays Open Pick Tickets. - Invoice
Displays All Invoices
Navigate SO Manager
Go to Customer → SO Manager.
- First, refresh the list by clicking on Refresh icon.
- Select the Order Type and/or Enter the customer name.

Click the Expand icon to open:
- Open SO
- Open Allocation
- Open Pick Ticket
- Invoice

Open SO Section
In the Open SO screen:
- Select the style/colors to process
- Click “Action” to:
- Create Allocation
- Create Pick Ticket without allocation
- Merge SO
- Close SO

Open Allocation Section
Once you have successfully allocated from the previous step,
On the Open Allocation screen:
- Check box the Allocation you want to process.
- Click “Action” to:
- Create Pick Ticket
- Print
- Print Line Sheet
- Merge SO
- Close Allocation
Pick Ticket Section
Now that the items have been allocated and picked,
On the Pick Ticket screen:
- Check box the Pick Ticket you want to process.
- You can view the Pick Ticket by status.
- Click “Action” to:
- Preauthorize
- Print
- Process shipment
Invoice Section
The Invoice screen shows invoice history within the selected time period
