How to Use SO Manager

SO Manager is a place where you manage OPEN Sales Orders


  • You can go from SO to Pick Ticket in one screen. 
  • SO Manager displays 5 sections: 

  1. Customer List
    Displays customers who have open Sales Orders only. 
  2. Open Sales Order
    Displays Open Sales Orders with no Allocation or Pick Ticket. 
  3. Open Allocation
    Displays Open Allocations with no Pick Ticket. 
  4. Pick Ticket
    Displays Open Pick Tickets. 
  5. Invoice
    Displays All Invoices 


Navigate SO Manager


Go to Customer → SO Manager.

  • First, refresh the list by clicking on Refresh icon.
  • Select the Order Type and/or Enter the customer name.





Click the Expand icon to open:
  • Open SO 
  • Open Allocation 
  • Open Pick Ticket 
  • Invoice 



Open SO Section


In the Open SO screen:

  • Select the style/colors to process
  • Click “Action” to: 
  • Create Allocation 
  • Create Pick Ticket without allocation
  • Merge SO 
  • Close SO 




Open Allocation Section


Once you have successfully allocated from the previous step,

On the Open Allocation screen:
  • Check box the Allocation you want to process. 
  • Click “Action” to: 
  • Create Pick Ticket 
  • Print 
  • Print Line Sheet 
  • Merge SO 
  • Close Allocation 






Pick Ticket Section


Now that the items have been allocated and picked,

On the Pick Ticket screen:
  • Check box the Pick Ticket you want to process. 
  • You can view the Pick Ticket by status. 
  • Click “Action” to: 
  • Preauthorize
  • Print 
  • Process shipment




Invoice Section


The Invoice screen shows invoice history within the selected time period
