How to do Physical Inventory Count

Note;

* Take care to follow the following process exactly

*Be sure to capture Inventory before Physical count

* If you do not enter the count for a style, the style will be zero out

* You must “adjust” after Capture and Enter the count at the same time

1.    How to capture inventory

With “Capture Inventory” function, you can capture the current quantities of inventory by warehouse.

Go to “Style” [1]

Click “Physical Inventory Count” [2]

Click “Capture Inventory” tab [3]

Click “Capture Inventory by Warehouse” and input your password [4]

Click “Refresh” [1]

Select the “Styles” to capture, you can check all styles by clicking “check all” button. [2]

Click “Select” button [3]

Click “Save”

2.    Enter Inventory count

Click “Enter Inventory Count” tab [1]

Click “New” [2]

Select the “Warehouse” [3] and necessary fields such as “Tag Number”, “Enter Reason”

Click “Add Style” button [4]

Select the “Style” you want to adjust [5]

Input the Number of inventory

Click “Save”[6]

3.    Adjust Physical Inventory

Click “Adjust Inventory” Tab [1]

Set the Capture(Enter) Date range [2]

Click “magnifying glass” [3]

Select the lines that need to be adjusted in “Capture inventory” or “Enter Inventory” [4]

Click “Refresh” [5]

                 Different warehouse can not be adjusted at the same time

Click “Adjust Inventory”

Click “Yes”
