How to do physical Inventory

1.    Physical Inventory by manual

 Go to “Style” [1]

Click “Physical Inventory” [2]

Click “New” [3]

Select the “Warehouse” [4]

                Enter “Tag Number”, “PI Reason” if necessary

Click “Add Style” button [5]

Select the Style/ Color you want to adjust.[6]

There are 3 rows displayed once you select the style/color.

The 2nd row displays the current OnHandqty of the style/color in the selected warehouse.

You can enter the number of quantity you want to adjust on the 1st row.

                If you want to add 1 piece on Small, type 1 under Small.

                If you want to deduct 10 pieces on Medium, type -10 under Medium.

If you have a total count of the style/color in the warehouse, you may enter the total count on the 3rd row “Actual On Hand” and click Set button. It will calculate the difference between the number you entered on the 3rd row and the current OnHandqty and populate the number on the first row.

Click Save button.

* Notice

When you input the number of “Actual On Hand”, if you leave blank for other sizes, it will deduct all of your “On Hand” for the sizes 

Once you save it, it will display only the 1st row and the new OnHandqty of the Style/color in the warehouse.

* There’s a “Physical Inventory” Short button on “Style Master”

2.    Physical Inventory by Scanning

Go to “Style” [1]

Click“Physical Inventory” [2]

Click “New” [3]

Select the “Warehouse” [4]

Click “Scan Item” [5]

Enter “Tag Number”, “PI Reason” if necessary

      Scan Barcode. [6]When finish counting, close scan window

Click “Save”[7]
