Step 1: Go to N41 in the menu, then select System.
Step 2: Under System, click on Setup --> Email Setup
Step 3: You will be routed to the Email Setup page. From there, select the email you’d like to apply the signature to.
Step 4: Once selected, you should be able to see the Add Signature Image option.
Step 5: Look for the signature that you’d like to apply. Once selected, go ahead and save it.
Step 1: Go to the transaction you’d like to email (e.g., SO – Sales Order).
Step 2: Select Print.
Step 3: From Print, choose Print/Preview/Email.
Step 4: Select your preferred format (PDF or Excel).
Step 5: Once selected, you’ll be routed to the Send Page.
Step 6: On the Send Page, click the checkbox Support HTML.
Step 7: The Preview button will now be available.
