Now you can have N41 automatically send emails to buyers when their credit card declines (if the customer email is provided in Customer Master). To enable this features, please contact N41 today. 

Step 1: Fill out 'Auto Inv.Email Adr' in Customer Details in Customer Master

Step 2: Go to Email Setup.

Step 3: Find the "CC Charge Fail" template in your Email Setup, double click to edit settings.

Step 4: Set your sender email address and customize the template text as needed.

(optional) you can preset placeholders such as [ADDR] to autopopulate information

Step 5: Click "Save"
