If you add more users than licenses you have available, N41 inactivates Users randomly.

Please manage users with below process.

1. Log in with Administrator credentials.

2. Go to “Company Set up” [1]

    Click “Company” [2]

    Select “User security” [3]  

    Select “Active” check box to activate [1]

    Click “Save” [2]

- If you uncheck the active box, then the user will be deactivated.
