How to Use the Style/Color Popup on the PO Page

A new popup box has been added to the PO page, similar to the one on the Sales Order (SO) page, allowing users to view and select styles by color with corresponding images.
- View and select styles by color with images
- Enter quantity and pricing quickly and accurately
- Reduce manual errors in data entry
- Streamline the PO creation process with a consistent interface

How to Use
  1. Open the PO Page

    2.Search for Style/Color 
     On the Style line, enter the Style field to open the popup.
    ➞ A popup will appear, showing a list of matching styles along with images for each available color.


3 . Enter Quantities & Select Colors
Enter the desired quantity for each color.
Tick the checkbox next to the colors you want to include in the PO line.




  1. Copy and Enter Prices
    Click “Copy Price”, enter the price in the field that appears, then click “OK”.

  1. Proceed to Apply
Click “Apply Price” – this will apply the entered price to all selected colors.




Click “Select” – this will insert the selected colors, quantities, and prices into the PO line.
