Sales Order Style/Color input popup box
We have another way of inputting Style/Color on a Sales Order page.
Why this feature is useful
- This is a popup box that displays all the colors for a selected style.
- We've enhanced it to show useful information such as the color image, available inventory, and pricing updates.
How to use
From the Sales Order page,
when you type in the Style#, you will get a popup to select the Style.
After you click the style, you will get another popup like this:
It will show all colors associated with the selected style.
1. Shows image
2. Enter the number of prepacks you want to sell
3. Automatically checks when quantity is entered
4. Shows availability in pack quantity
5. Click Copy Price to apply the price to all colors
6. Enter the price
7. Click to apply the price to all colors
8. Click to add the selected colors to the order
