PO​​ Receiving​​ by​​ Process

  • Setting​​ Receiving​​ Location

Menu:​​ Style​​ –​​ Style​​ Master​​ –​​ Cost​​ Sheet​​ -​​ Process

If​​ “Receiving​​ Location”​​ check​​ box​​ is​​ turned-on,​​ user​​ can​​ create​​ PO​​ receiving​​ easily​​ by​​ using​​ process​​ complete​​ qty​​ of​​ the​​ location.

Only​​ one​​ location’s​​ “Receiving​​ Location”​​ check​​ box​​ can​​ be​​ turned-on.​​ If​​ one​​ is​​ turned-on,​​ others​​ will​​ be​​ turned-off​​ automatically.​​ 

  • Creating​​ PO​​ Receiving​​ by​​ Process​​ Complete​​ Qty

 

If​​ user​​ click​​ Receive​​ button​​ on​​ the​​ receiving​​ location​​ (Receive​​ =​​ Y),​​ PO​​ receiving​​ will​​ be​​ created​​ automatically​​ with​​ Complete​​ qty.

If​​ there​​ are​​ already​​ PO​​ receiving​​ for​​ selected​​ line,​​ warning​​ message​​ will​​ be​​ displayed​​ as​​ above.

If​​ system​​ option​​ “process_qty_bystyle”​​ is​​ “Y”,​​ “Receive”​​ button​​ does​​ not​​ work​​ because​​ Process​​ Order​​ is​​ created​​ grouping​​ by​​ style​​ /​​ color,​​ not​​ PO​​ detail​​ line​​ (POD​​ ID).

 

 

  • Checking​​ PO​​ Process​​ VS​​ Receiving​​ Qty

If​​ user​​ click​​ Process​​ VS​​ Receiving​​ Qty​​ button,​​ “Check​​ Process​​ VS​​ Receiving​​ Qty”​​ window​​ will​​ be​​ displayed.

Rest​​ Qty​​ =​​ Process​​ –​​ Receiving.

If​​ user​​ click​​ “Save”​​ button​​ on​​ PO​​ Receiving​​ and​​ “Rest”​​ is​​ not​​ zero​​ and​​ system​​ option​​ “Proc_Rec_Qty_Same”​​ is​​ “Y”,​​ warning​​ message​​ will​​ be​​ displayed​​ as​​ below.
