Line sheet: Using filters in N41 PIM

This video serves as a tutorial for users of *N41 PIM* on how to effectively use **style filters** to curate inventory when creating line sheets.
Managing a large catalog in *StyleMaster* can be complex, and these filters help narrow down selections for specific customer needs.
This guide explains how to effectively filter your inventory in StyleMaster to curate professional line sheets.

**Key steps for using filters:**

1.  **Adding Columns:** Begin in the line sheet pop-up by selecting the **"add another filter column"** button
2.  **Defining Criteria:** Each column requires you to specify a **filter category** (such as color, season, price, or delivery date), an **operator** (e.g., equals to, starts with, or less than), and a specific **value** to filter by.
3.  **Logical Conditions:** You must choose between the **AND** function (styles must match all conditions) and the **OR** function (styles must match at least one condition).
4.  **Finalizing:** Click **"dry run"** to verify how many styles match your criteria, and then click **"save"** to apply the selections to your line sheet .

The video also notes that you can manually add individual styles later during the design phase if needed.
