How to Customize Report



View Columns in Report & List



  1. Go to More  -> User Column Setting.
  2. Check the box for the columns you want to display.
  3. Uncheck the box for the columns you do not want to display in the list/report.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Filter Report

You can filter the report by:

  • SO Amount
  • Style
  • Status
  • And other available fields,….

After selecting the filter options, click Apply to view the result.

Group or Sort Report

  • You can group the report by using the Group option, then click Apply.
  • You can also view the report by using the Sort option.

Create Memorized Report/List

If you want to save the current group, sort, and filter settings:

  1. Go to More -> Memorized Report.
  2. Click Save Current Report.
  3. Enter the report name you want.
  4. Click Save.

View Memorized Report/List

  1. Go to More.
  2. Click Memorized Report.
  3. Select the report name you want to view.
