Line Sheet [Cloud]
LINE SHEET
This is where you create a line sheet for your garment providing information on a product for your wholesale sales.
Path: Home > Style > Line Sheet
Line Sheet List
1. To create a new line sheet, click on “Create Line Sheet” from the line sheet list. A new page loads and will display the line sheet workspace.
2. View By - Displays the orientation of the styles either by list or preview.
3. Color Display – A drop down filter that displays the color range per style.
4. Line Sheet Tab – Shows the list of the line sheets created.
5. Style List Tab – Shows the entire list of the styles created.
6. Category – A drop down filter that retrieves all styles under a specific category.
7. Season - A drop down filter that retrieves all styles under a specific season.
8. Color/Style - A drop down filter that retrieves all styles under a specific color.
9. To create a line sheet, you need to locate all the styles you want to include on your line sheet and click the style’s checkbox. Once it’s checked, you can then click on “ADD TO LINE SHEET”.
10. Once the “ADD TO LINE SHEET” is clicked, this will route you to line sheet tab to finalize.
11. No Qty – Checkbox to display the style’s inventory.
12. Inventory Type – A drop down filter which selects the inventory type the user wants to display on the line sheet. Example: ATS, OTS, Immediate, On-hand, etc.
13. Price - A drop down filter that allows the user to decide which price level shows.
14. Template – A drop down filter that allows the user to select different line sheet templates.
15. After finalizing, you can click on “SAVE” then naming your line sheet. Once done, you click on “SAVE”.
16. When creating a new line sheet, click on the “Create Line Sheet” button.
17. Easily locate a line sheet by clicking on the “Search Line Sheet” button.
