Line sheet: How to share your line sheet link

This video provides a tutorial on how to use N41 PIM to design and share line sheets with buyers. Here is the summary of the process:

Generating the Line Sheet: Once your design is saved, click Generate in the top-right corner to preview the customer-facing version.
Configuring Settings: You can customize access by selecting:
Audience: Choose from public (password-protected), customer-only (requires login), or specific customers.
Validity: Set specific start and end dates for the link to expire.
Viewing Mode: Select between read-only (catalog style) or order-enabled to allow direct purchasing.
Sharing: After configuring, click Generate share link to copy the unique code. You can also export or print the line sheet as a PDF.
Buyer Experience: If ordering is enabled, buyers can log in, browse the line sheet, add items to their cart, and checkout by providing their address, shipping, and payment details. These orders are then visible in both N41 PIM and N41 ERP.

This manual provides a step-by-step guide on how to design, configure, and share line sheets using N41 PIM.

1. Line Sheet Creation
Once your design is saved, click the Generate button in the top-right corner.
This opens a preview of how the line sheet will appear to your customers.
2. Configuring Share Settings
Tailor the access and functionality of your line sheet:

Access Permissions:
Public: Accessible to anyone (can be password-protected).
All Customers: Requires customers to log in or register.
Specific Customers: Restricts access to a selected list of buyers.
Validity Period: Set start and end dates to control how long the link remains active
Viewing Mode:
Read-only: A catalog-style view for browsing.
Order-enabled: Allows customers to add items to their cart and submit orders.
3. Sharing and Exporting
Once settings are finalized, click Generate share link.
Copy the blue code provided to share with your customers.
You can also print or save the line sheet as a PDF for external use.
4. Processing Orders
When order functionality is enabled, buyers use the link to log in and select their items.
During checkout, they enter their shipping and billing details, choose shipping methods, and confirm payment.
All submitted orders are automatically synced and can be viewed directly in both N41 PIM and N41 ERP.
