- You can manage customer’s sales order process from Sales Order to Pick Ticket in one screen.
- SO Manager displays 4 sections
· Customer List: Upper left corner. It will display customers who have open Sales Orders only.
· Open Sales Order: Upper right corner. It will display Open/Hold Sales Orders with no Allocation nor Pick Ticket.
· Open Allocation: Lower left corner. It will display Open Allocation with no Pick Ticket
· Open Pick Ticket: Lower right corner. It will display Open Pick Ticket
- Most of functions available on existing separate windows of Customer Master, Sales Order, Allocation, and Pick Ticket are available here.
1. Navigate to “SO Manager”
1.1 Go to “Customers”
1.2 Click “SO Manager”
1.3 Each window has User Setting, Extend, and Shrink button.
Expend: Expend window
2. “Customer list” section
This customer list has most of the functions of customer master. If you are not familiar with existing Customer Master screen, please refer “How to use Customer Master” first.
Type the customer you are looking for in search box and press Enter key or click “Refresh” button.
You can click “Refresh” button without typing any letter to bring up all the customers who have Open/Hold Sales Order.
You can click the customer and the other 3 windows information will be populated for the customer you selected.
3. Open sales order section
The list of Open/Hold Sales Order for the selected customer with no Allocation nor Pick Ticket.
The selected customer’s Allocation and Pick Ticket are displayed on lower windows.
This list has many of the functions of Sales Order. If you are not familiar with existing Sales Order function, please refer “How to use Sales Order” first.
Create New SO with combining selected Sales Orders: Create new sales order with combining selected sales orders, it combines multiple sales orders into one new sales order.
- check your sales orders what you want to combine, and click the button.
- check transactions that you want to close or cancel, and click the button.
Print
- Check sales orders
- You can select all or multiple sales orders to allocate, create pick-ticket by clicking “Chk” button. also you can un-check by clicking “Chk” again.
4. Open Allocation Section
The list of Open Allocation the selected customer with no Pick Ticket.
This list has many of the functions of Allocation. If you are not familiar with existing Allocation functions, please refer “How to use Allocation” first.
- check multiple allocation and click the button.
Close transactions: Close SO, Allocation, Pick Ticket
- check transactions that you want to close or cancel, and click the button.
- You can select all or multiple allocations to create pick-ticket by clicking “Chk” button. also you can un-check by clicking “Chk” again.
5. Open “Pick Ticket” Section
The list of Open Pick Ticket for the selected customer.
This list has many of the functions of Pick Ticket. If you are not familiar with existing Pick Ticket functions, please refer “How to use Pick Ticket” first.
