* If you have different VPN other than SonicWALL, please consult with your IT .
* If you do not have VPN, you can ignore VPN section.
1) Open Sonic WALL Global VPN Client by double-clicking
2) Check the connection is enabled. If the Status is connected, it means enabled.
If the status is disabled, Click “Enable”
While attempting to connect to a SonicWall VPN with the SonicWall client, if you keep getting prompted for a Dialup Phone Book entry,
change connection property following below procedures.
1) Open the SonicWall VPN Global Client
2) Click on a connection to change and Click Properties toolbar icon
3) Click Peers tab and select a peer to edit and click “Edit…” button
3) Under Interface Selection, Choose "LAN Only" rather than "Automatic" in the drop down list.
* Sync Image only works when your VPN is connected and enabled.
Database synchronization is scheduled to run automatically ever one hour. However you might want to run synchronization manually. Follow below procedures.
1) Open SQL Server management Studio
Log in with your account
- Server name: your computer name
- Authentication: Select “Windows Authentication”
2) Click “Replication” [1]
Click + button on “Local Subscription” [2]
Right Click the folder under the “Local Subscription” [3]
Click “View Synchronization Status” [4]

3) Click “Start”
4) Click “Close” when it’s done
- If you want to check the sync status, click View Job History
* Sync N41 only works when your VPN is connected and enabled.
* Please do not Sync N41 if you are not instructed by N41 staff.

2) Once you click the program, it will sync images automatically
