How to Send Email from N41
EMAIL SETUP
We advise customers call to us to set this up.
1. Go to Company from the main menu.
2. Click on Email Setup.
3. Select Create Email Setup.
4. Fill in all the required details such as email address, server settings, and other necessary information.
Once everything is completed, click Save to apply the changes.
HOW TO SEND EMAIL
Go to the tab where you want to send an email. (For example Sales Order)
Click Print.
In the Destination dropdown, select Email with PDF.
Click Send.
Select an Email Account from the dropdown menu.
Enter the email address of the recipient.
Click Send.
