Method 1: Reverse from the Pick Ticket
• Open the Pick Ticket you want to reverse the pre-authorization for.
• Click the Pre-Auth Reversal icon to reverse the transaction.
Method 2: Reverse from Customer Credit Card History
• Navigate to Customer Master and search for the customer you want to process.
• Click the Credit Card icon.
• In the Credit Card screen, click History.
• Select the transaction you want to reverse.(1)
• Click the Auth. Reversal icon to complete the reversal process.(2)
