Individual Style Page: This method allows you to select specific channels, enter channel-specific information in dedicated tabs, manage colors, and arrange images. You can then choose to Upload Now for immediate publishing or use the Schedule button to set a specific date and time.
Product List: This method is used for bulk actions. You can select multiple styles directly from the product list and use the Schedule button to set a unified date and time for the upload across the chosen channels.
The video concludes by noting that scheduled uploads can also be cancelled if necessary.
We have two methods available in N41 PIM for publishing styles to sales channels.
Method 1: Publishing from the Individual Style Page
Use this approach for detailed, style-specific configuration:
1-1) Select Channels: Choose the desired channels for the style.
1-2) Configure Details: Scroll to the channel-specific tabs to input required information.
1-3) Manage Assets: Select/deselect colors and organize your image order.
Publishing Options:
Upload Now: Select this button to publish the style immediately.
Schedule: Choose this button to set a future date and time for publication.
Method 2: Bulk Publishing via the Product List
Use this approach for efficient, high-volume updates:
2-1) Channel Selection: Select the target channels for the bulk update.
2-2) Style Selection: Choose multiple styles from your product list.
Schedule: Click the Schedule button to define a common upload date and time for all selected styles.
Note: If you need to revert your settings, you can cancel scheduled uploads as needed
