From the customer page, click on Create SO [1]
Then the system will take you to a Sales Order page
Top side is called Header, bottom side is called Details
Make sure the desired customer information is shown in the Header section.
The seller may ask for Extension or Extension Date
You will get a new line added on Details section

You may Duplicate the same line (Ctrl+R) and then simply change the color
Save. Now you have a S.O#
Comparing Sales Orders with the Inventory
Click Allocate. If you have enough inventory and are good to go, this page should pop up.
Click Check All
Click Select
Save [1]
Refresh [2] or
Open [3] and you will see Allocate # updated
When Allocation is saved, it reserves the available styles in N41.
Also, telling the warehouse to go ahead and prepare the package for the pick ticket.
Click on Pick Ticket
Then click
Check All [1]
Select [2]
You should get a pop-up like this
Save.
A record of the volume and the weight of the package
A record of the contents of the package
Go to Scan & Pack by clicking
Customers [1]
Scan & Pack by Style/Color [2]
New [3]
Put in the Pick # you got from Pick Ticket Page [4]
Save [5]
Then Details section will populate
Decide how many Cartons (boxes) you would like to ship for your items [1]
In this example I will use 2 cartons
Select the carton sizes [1]
Put in the weight of each carton [2]
Click on View All [3]
Now we are going to allocate the items in each Carton
Save.
You will get a pop-up.
Then you will see updated sections.
Scan & Pack # is now populated [1]
Bottom right you will see Ship #, right click [2] and
Click Details [3]
From the new tab called Sales Order Shipment, you are now able to
Print Packing List [1]
Save
Click on Invoice [2]
On the Invoice tab, simply click on Save. Invoice number is generated.
Go back to Sales Order tab and refresh. Your SO is now closed.
