There are 3 possible ways of creating Credit Memo in N41.
Using existing RA (Return Authorization) from RA screen
Using existing RA (Return Authorization) from Credit Memo screen
Manually selecting Customer, Style/Color and Quantity.
I. Using existing RA (Return Authorization) from RA screen
1. Go to “Customers” [1]
Click “Return Authorization” [2]
Click Refresh button [3]
Enter RA# and Click OK [4]
2. If you don’t know the RA number, click “List” [1]
3. Click and highlight the RA which you want to create Credit Memo for. [2]
Click “Select” [3]
4. Click “Create CM”
Then the Create Memo will be generated.
5. Edit the quantity and price if necessary.
Select and edit all necessary information
Click “Save”.
II. Using existing RA (Return Authorization) from Credit Memo screen
6. Go to “Customers” [1]
Click “Credit Memo” [2]
Click “CM by RA” [3]
7. Click and highlight the RA which you want to create Credit Memo for.
Click “Select”
8. Edit the quantity and price if necessary.
Select and edit all necessary information
Click “Save”.
III. Manually selecting Customer, Style/Color and Quantity.
9. You can also create your Credit Memo manually
Go to “Customers” [1]
Click “Create Memo” [2]
Click “New” [3]
Select “Customer” from the drop down [4]
10. Click “Add Style” to make “Credit Memo” [1]
Choose Style and Color. [2]
Input the quantity, and it must be negative number. [3]
Click Save. [4]
