Change​​ password​​ in​​ N41​​ for​​ Credit​​ Card​​ Processing

For​​ security​​ purposes,​​ your​​ password​​ is​​ set​​ to​​ expire​​ at​​ timed​​ intervals​​ which​​ means​​ you​​ must​​ change​​ your​​ password​​ from​​ time-to-time​​ to​​ continue​​ processing​​ credit​​ card​​ transactions​​ through​​ N41.

If​​ you​​ are​​ presented​​ with​​ an​​ error​​ message​​ stating​​ that​​ you​​ need​​ to​​ change​​ your​​ password​​ while​​ attempting​​ to​​ process​​ a​​ credit​​ card,​​ do​​ the​​ following​​ steps:

NOTE:​​ YOU​​ MUST​​ USE​​ INTERNET​​ EXPLORER​​ TO​​ COMPLETE​​ THIS​​ TASK​​ SUCCESSFULLY! ​​​​ If​​ using​​ internet​​ explorer​​ 9​​ or​​ higher,​​ please​​ make​​ sure​​ your​​ compatibility​​ settings​​ for​​ vt.globalpay.com​​ are​​ set​​ by​​ doing​​ the​​ following:

  • Click​​ “Tools”​​ on​​ internet​​ browser​​ 

  • Select​​ “Compatibility​​ View​​ settings”

  • Add​​ “globalpay.com

​​  ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​​​ 

1.​​ Open​​ internet​​ browser​​ 

 ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​​​ Go​​ to​​ “https://vt.globalpay.com

 ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​​​ Log​​ in​​ with​​ your​​ I.D.​​ and​​ Password.​​ 

2.​​ Type​​ Current​​ Password

 ​​ ​​ ​​​​ Type​​ and​​ Verify​​ New​​ Password​​ 

 ​​ ​​​​ Click​​ Change​​ Password

3.​​ Log​​ in​​ to​​ N41​​ as​​ Administrator

4.​​ Go​​ to​​ “Company​​ Setup”

 ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​​​ Click​​ “Company”

 ​​ ​​ ​​ ​​​​ Click​​ “Division”

 

5.​​ Select​​ a​​ “Division”​​ by​​ Double-Clicking

6.​​ Input​​ the​​ “New​​ Password”​​ [1]

 ​​ ​​ ​​​​ Click​​ “Save”​​ [2]​​ 

NOTE:​​ You​​ must​​ replace​​ new​​ password​​ all​​ of​​ the​​ Divisions​​ and​​ Save​​ If​​ they​​ are​​ using​​ the​​ same​​ merchant​​ account
