For security purposes, your password is set to expire at timed intervals which means you must change your password from time-to-time to continue processing credit card transactions through N41.
If you are presented with an error message stating that you need to change your password while attempting to process a credit card, do the following steps:
NOTE: YOU MUST USE INTERNET EXPLORER TO COMPLETE THIS TASK SUCCESSFULLY! If using internet explorer 9 or higher, please make sure your compatibility settings for vt.globalpay.com are set by doing the following:
Click “Tools” on internet browser
Select “Compatibility View settings”
Add “globalpay.com”
1. Open internet browser
Go to “https://vt.globalpay.com
Log in with your I.D. and Password.
2. Type Current Password
Type and Verify New Password
Click Change Password
3. Log in to N41 as Administrator
4. Go to “Company Setup”
Click “Company”
Click “Division”
5. Select a “Division” by Double-Clicking
6. Input the “New Password” [1]
Click “Save” [2]
NOTE: You must replace new password all of the Divisions and Save If they are using the same merchant account
