For the show server, please go to Adobe Reader. 

Once the program is opened, please go to 'Edit' on the top left side, and go to 'Preferences'.

On the 'Preferences' pop-up, please find 'Security (Enhanced)' under Categories and uncheck the checkbox of 'Enable Protected Mode at startup'.
